Overclad System
An Overclad System is where we install a new support bar system over the existing roof profile which is then fixed to the existing purling's.
Typically, over-cladding is carried out when an existing asbestos roof is deemed beyond repair, is not practical to carry out a strip and re-sheet, or if the removal of asbestos waste is not financially suitable for your budget.
Utilising durable profiled GRP sheets, the Overclad System is designed to provide a quick, trouble free and economical solution for a new waterproof skin over the existing roof.
The great news is that no destruction or damage to the existing roofline occurs and there is no disruption to your day to day activities - meaning you won't have to lose production or close whilst work is being carried out.

Strip and Recover (Resheet) System
Whole roof removal and replacement is known as Strip and Recover (or Resheet). This system involves the removal and replacement of the existing roof including asbestos or metal roofs. Our specialists are fully trained when it comes to working with and handling non-license asbestos materials such as common asbestos cement roofing products, sheets, guttering and RWG.
We remove all the existing roof materials and discard to the relevant skips to be removed from site and disposed of in the correct manner.
This then exposes the frame of the building so you can start from fresh with a 100% guarantee of an asbestos free zone; increasing the life of the building and creating a fresh, modern finish to any industrial building.
We offer a wide range of replacement commercial roofing options which include single skin sheets or composite panels.
As experienced industrial roofing contractors, we ensure we have full safety netting in place and we understand the need to keep disruption to a minimum. We will ensure we work closely with you to find the most convenient to carry out the work.
